Budgam, Dec 11 (KNO): The protests broke out at Budgam village after a woman was injured during in aerial fire in woolina Ichgam area of Central Kashmiri’s Budgam district. According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), some aerial shots came from airport side during the practice fire and fell down on roofs of houses at village Woolina Ichgam in which a lady identified as Fatima, wife of Late Ghulam Rasool Rather of Woolina receive bullet injury in her leg. However, people took to the streets and blocked the main road connecting Doodpathri and Chadoora with Budgam and demanded strict action and closure of nearby firing range. Meanwhile an official told KNO that they are ascertaining the facts and said that the injured lady has been shifted to District Hospital Budgam for treatment—(KNO)
