15 dead in Kishtwar accident, 5 lakh ex gratia announced for dead | KNO

Srinagar Sept 14 (KNO) : Divisional Commissioner Jammu Sanjeev Verma today said 15 people died and 17 others were injured in a tragic road incident in Kishtwar. He said Governor S P Malik has announced 5 lakhs exgratia to the families of dead and free treatment to injured.

Talking exclusively to (KNO), the divisional commisoner Jammu said he was thankful to air force for carrying out rescue operations and airlifting the injured. He said those injured were stable so far and are being provided quality treatment free of cost.
