17-year-old girl commits suicide in Dooru | KNO

Dooru, August 01 (KNO) : A 17-year-old girl ended her life by consuming some poisonous substance at her home in Dooru area of South Kashmir's Anantnag district on Thursday. Official sources told KNO said that a teenage girl (name withheld) of Nowpora village of Dooru in Anantnag district after consuming some poisonous substance was immediately rushed to local hospital Dooru for treatment where doctors declared her brought dead. The reason behind her suicide was not immediately known. However, police has registered a case under relevant sections of law and further investigations have been initiated in this regard. (KNO)
