Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that a 25-year-old man has hanged himself to death on second floor of newly constructed maternity Hospital at Bemina Srinagar. They identified the deceased as Altaf Ahmad Gujjar, son of Bashir Ahmad Gujjar of Aripal area of Tral in South Kashmir's Pulwama district.
