Jammu, March 26 (KNO) : Asking government to ban National Conference (NC) if they do not act against Muhammad Akbar Lone over raising pro-Pakistan slogans, BJP on Tuesday said they have urged Election Commission of India (ECI) to take notice of the slogans raised by NC leader. BJP State president, Ravinder Raina also said that Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi will be addressing an election rally in Jammu on March 28. According to KNO correspondent, Raina said Modi will be addressing a mammoth rally ahead of Lok Sabha polls in Jammu. "More than 2 lac people will be joining the rally," he said. Raina also criticised the National Conference's Akbar lone for raising pakistan Zindabad slogans. “We have asked election commission to act against him and if they donot desist from such things than National conference should be banned," Raina said. According to reports, Congress leader Sham Lal Sharma is likely to join BJP. Reports reaching KNO said that former minister and senior congress leader Sham Lal Sharma will soon be leaving the congress party to join BJP. "He will be joining BJP during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s election rally in Akhnoor on March 28," sources said. Sources informed that the leader from has been in contact with the BJP leadership and RSS functionaries for the last many days. They added that BJP have been persuading the Congress leader to join the party.(KNO)
