JAMMU & KASHMIR Encounter breaks out in Tral village | KNO Published 368 weeks ago on March 04, 2019 By KashmirNewsObserver Srinagar, March 04 (KNO): Encounter break out between forces and militants in Reshie Mohalla of Tral town in south Kashmir's Pulwama district on Monday evening. Police told KNO that forces launched a joint cordon and search operation in the village after receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants there. Local sources told KNO that all entry and exit points have been sealed and door to door search operation was started. However, police said that the exchange of fire took place this evening. They said two or three militants are believed to be trapped in the gunfight.
