Govt to provide financial assistance to private school teachers | KNO

Srinagar, May 21 (KNO): The government of Jammu and Kashmir has decided to provide one-time financial assistance to private school teachers out of State Disaster Relief Fund (SDRF), who got impacted due to COVID-19 lockdown. In an order, a copy of which is available with news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the government has asked the school education department to explore the possibility of providing one-time financial assistance to needy private school teachers. The order states that the assistance may be provided on details of fee charged by such schools. The order further states that the detailed information in this regard shall reach the department within a weeks’ time—(KNO)
