Locals told KNO government forces carried out raids in Narbal area of kakapora tehsil. Locals identified the arrested youth as Irfat Rather, Adil Khan, Muhammad Altaf Khan, Farooz Khan, Arbiz Khan, Adnan Khan and Arifat Khan.
