On Sehrai directions, TeH leaders address people on Friday gatherings | KNO

Srinagar, July 26 (KNO) : On directions of Chairman Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, Tehreek-e-Hurriyat General Secretary Ameer Hamzah Shah and Secretary Public Relations Bashir Ahmed Qureshi Friday addressed people during congregations and enlighten the people on social evils and the current political challenges. Expressing serious concern over the deteriorating situation in Kashmir and rise in social evils in the society, the leaders as per a statement issued to KNO urged various segments of society to come forward and play their role in shaping the society. “They should help in eradicating the various forms of evils which are rotting the Kashmir’s society each passing day,” Ameer Hamzah said while addressing people at Jamia Masjid Aarigaam in Budgam. “We all have a responsibility to work towards making strong, vibrant and evil-free society, based on Islamic values and principles,” he said.  He also urged New Delhi to resolve Kashmir issue and said that the fact remain that even after the passage of seven decades, the Kashmir dispute continues to remain a reality with India and Pakistan as parties to the dispute and more or less every county on the Globe calling on India and Pakistan to address the issue.(KNO)
