Pak Rangers violate ceasefire in Hiranagar sector: BSF Spokesman | KNO

Srinagar, June 11 (KNO): Pakistan Rangers Tuesday violated ceasefire by resorting to intermittent firing of small arms towards Indian side in Hiranagar sector in Jammu region, spokesman of BSF in Jammu said. BSF spokesman in a statement issued to KNO said that “Around 1600 hrs onwards, Pakistan Rangers opened unprovoked intermittent firing of small arms towards Indian side.” “BSF troops retaliated the fire which was localised to a limited stretch in Hiranagar sector. No loss or damage of any kind was occurred,” he said, adding that firing has been stopped from both ends while as no other area is affected.(KNO)
