JAMMU & KASHMIR Pre dawn gunfight rages in Kulgam village | KNO REPRESENTATION PHOTO Published 381 weeks ago on May 22, 2019 By KashmirNewsObserver Srinagar, May 22 (KNO) : Pre dawn gunfight rages between militants and government forces in Gopalpora area of Kulgam in South Kashmir Reports reaching KNO said that a joint team of Army's 09RR/ 34RR, 18 CRPF and SOG Kulgam laid siege in Gopalpra after having credible inputs about presence of some militants in the area. As the joint team of forces zeroed in the suspected spot the hiding militants fired upon the forces triggering an encounter. As per the sources to KNO two to three militants are believed to be trapped.
