According to KNO correspondent Singh was stopped at Doda and was detained by police. He was moving towards Kishtwar were a RSS leader and his PSO were assassinated by unidentified gunnmen on Tuesday. "Singh was dis allowed to move towards Kishtwar as a precautionary measure to avoid law and order situation there," official sources said.
