Srinagar, April 26 (KNO) : Jammu and Kashmir State Human Rights Commission (JKSHRC) has directed its investigation wing to conduct enquiry into 2017 Pulwama Degree College case. SHRC Chairman Bilal Nazki said, “This is a matter related to incident which happened in Government Degree College Pulwama on 15-04-2017.” According to KNO News Desk, Nazki also said that the district administration Pulwama took a stand which was opposed to the stand taken by the Principal of the institution. “I have called the case dairies, they have not furnished. I think this is a fit case in which Commission should conduct an enquiry through its own police investigation wing,” he said. He further added, “The matter is referred to SSP of SHRC who shall conduct an enquiry into the matter and file its report within two months.” The petition of the case was filed by Chairman of International Forum of Justice (IFJ) Ahsan Untoo.(KNO)
