Two absconders arrested in Rajouri | KNO

Rajouri, February 20 (KNO) : Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested two absconders who were evading their arrest in police cases in Rajouri district. Police spokesman in a statement issued to KNO identified one of the absconder as Maneer Hussain, son of Noor Hussain of Sada Sole wanted in case FIR 87/2014 of police station Kalakote under section 409 RPC but was evading his arrest since 2014. A police team headed by SHO Kalakote Mustaj Ahmed under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera Brijesh Sharma and Additional SP Nowshera, GL Sharma arrested the accused and has been produced in the court of law. Similarly, an absconder namely Shahid Parvez, son of Shamsher Hussain of Badhoon has also been arrested. The said absconder as per police was wanted in case FIR 325/06 under sections 325/34 RPCs and was evading his arrest since 2011. Police team headed by SHO Rajouri Ajaz Haider under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Govind Rattan arrested the accused during a raid.(KNO)
