Woman killed, four family members injured as roof of house collapses in R S Pura | KNO

Jammu, Mar 27 (KNO): A woman died while four of her family members were injured after a roof of their house collapsed in R S Pora area of Jammu district on Friday, officials said. According to wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), a woman identified as Toshi Devi, wife of Darshan Kumar (58 Years) died while rest of the family members sustained injuries after the roof of their house collapsed. Officials identified the injured persons as Rekha Devi, wife of Naresh Kumar 25years, Devi, daughter of Darshan Kumar 19years, Ruhiya Kaith, daughter of Naresh Kumar and Darshan Kumar, son of Baldhu Ram 65 years. The family hails from Jindermelu area of Tehsil R S Pura Jammu, officials said, adding that the roof collapsed due to heavy rain today morning. The injured were shifted to hospital and treatment is going on –(KNO)
