Phase-VI Panchayat polls: JRL calls for shutdown in poll bound areas | KNO

Srinagar, December 03 (KNO) : Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yasin Malik have asked people to observe a complete protest shutdown in Trehgam, Qadirabad, Qaziabad, Naidkhai, Rafiabad, Pattan, Sukhnag, Parnewa, Shadimarg, Kapran, Hermain, Pombay, Larnoo, Breng, Sagam areas going to polls in the 6th phase of Panchayat elections. JRL in a statement issued to KNO asked people to demonstrate their total rejection and disregard of this futile exercise by staying away and boycotting it completely.(KNO)
