Kargil police organizes free medical camp | KNO

Under the supervision of SSP Kargil Shri T. Gyalpo, District Police Kargil organized a free medical camp at CHC Sankoo. Dy. Commissioner Kargil Shri Gulzar Hussain was the chief guest on the event.

Under the supervision of SSP Kargil Shri T. Gyalpo, District Police Kargil organized a free medical camp at CHC Sankoo. Dy. Commissioner Kargil Shri Gulzar Hussain was the chief guest on the event.

A team of specialists from District Hospital Kargil which included Gynecologist Dr. Kaneez Fatima, Orthopedician Dr. Tsering Tashi, Pediatrician Dr. Anwar Ali and Physician Dr. Murtaza Ali  and Para Medical staff checked more than one thousand patients of Sankoo Block. Free medicines were distributed among the patients.

Dy. Commissioner Kargil Shri Gulzar Hussain in his speech lauded this initiative of District Police Kargil in the service of the general public.

SSP Kargil Shri T. Gyalpo while speaking on the occasion assured the public that these types of activities for the benefit of the general public will continue in all the corners of the district.

Later mementoes along with traditional Khataks were presented to the specialists by Dy. Commissioner and SSP Kargil.

Among others, Hon'ble Councilor Sankoo Aga Syed Abass Razvi, ADC Kargil Shri Kacho Turab Shah, SDM Sankoo Shri Ghulam Mehdi, Tehsildar Sankoo Shri Sonam Dorjey, Medical Superintendent Shri Kacho Sakindar Khan and other civil and police officers were present.
