G A Mir greets people on Eid-ul-Fitr | KNO

Srinagar, Jun 04 (KNO): Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G A Mir Tuesday greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Eid Ul Fitr and prayed for wellbeing of the people. Mir in a statement issued to KNO said that the festival of Eid is a unique and special occasion leading the mankind at the path of peace, harmony and truthfulness. Festival will continue to be the integral part of our lives providing the opportunities to intermingle and exchange ideas with each other, Mir said, adding that Eid-ul-Fitr is reward from Almighty to people especially those who observe fast in the holy month to seeks mercy and forgiveness from Him. Let the occasion usher in an era of complete peace and inclusive development of JK State, praying for well being of the people, Mir added and hoped that Eid-ul-Fitr will bring the smile on the faces of people especially poor and needy.(KNO)
