Girl commits suicide in Central Kashmir's Ganderbal | KNO

Ganderbal, June 17 (KNO) : A teenage girl ended her life by consuming some poisonous substance at her home in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Monday. Reports reaching KNO said that a teenage girl (Name with held) was a resident of Ramwari village of Gund area in Ganderbal. The family members told KNO that the deceased girl was immediately rushed to local hospital Gund for treatment from where she was referred to SKIMS Soura. "But doctors at SKIMS declared her as brought dead,” the family said. Official sources told KNO that the reason for the suicide was not immediately known. However the police has registered a case under relevant sections of law and further investigations have been initiated in this regard.(KNO)
