Srinagar, June 18 (KNO) : Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Chairman, Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai Tuesday expressed shock and pain over the death of Mohammad Morsi, the first democratically elected Egyptian president in prison. Sehrai as per a statement issued to KNO called the former Egyptian president a great Martyr and paid tributes to him. “Morsi’s death was undoubtly international conspiracy given the lack of health care he was provided,” he said, while calling treatment meted out to former Egyptian president as ‘inhuman’. He added that President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi “could, in principle, be responsible for the crime.” He further stated this denial of treatment was purposeful. He said that democratically elected government of Muhammad Morsi was an eye sore for these anti-Islamic lobbies and their stooges were scared of revolution.(KNO)
