Those who attended the function included former DG Tourism, M. Ashraf, Director NIT Srinagar, Rakesh Sehgal, noted writer and former Secretary Cultural Academy, Mohammad Yusuf Taing, former Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Ghulam Nabi Naik, noted journalist, Mohammad Sayeed Malik, S.
