Nomadic girl drowns to death in Dooru | KNO

Dooru, July 20 (KNO) : A three-year-old nomadic girl slipped to death when she drowned into a Nallah at Kolam Chinar area of Dooru in South Kashmir's Anantnag district on Saturday. Sources told KNO that a girl identified as Shaheena Akhtar, daughter of Muhammad Altaf Koswal slipped into Nallah when she was playing near its bank. Soon after the incident, the family and neighbours immediately rushed her to PHC Larkipora where she died later. A police office also confirmed the death of the girl due to drowning. (KNO)
