Cloudburst in Tral leaves over 100 sheep, goats dead | KNO

Srinagar, July 27 (KNO) : As many as 100 sheep and goats were killed in Tral area of South Kashmir Pulwama district due to the cloudburst in upper Pastures of the area. The incident took place during the intervening night of Saturday. Officials in Animal husbandry department told KNO that cloudburst hit Bradi Angan area of Tral and left over hundred sheep and goats dead while as scores of animals are missing. “Around 50 sheep and goats have been found so far while as others are yet to be recovered,” the officials told KNO. They said a team of doctors have reached to the spot to access the situation in the area. (KNO)
