4 injured in Banihal road accident | KNO

Banihal, Mar 23 (KNO): Four people were injured on Monday after a car fell into a deep gorge in mountainous district Banihal. According to wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) eyewitnesses said that the accident took place on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway near Shabanbas when the victim's were going from Jammu to Srinagar on his vehicle Alto800 bearing registration number (JK22B-2499). A police official told KNO that injured persons have been Identified as Sohail Ahmed son of Ali Mohd Khan, Zubaida Begum wife of Ali Mohd, Nargis Jan daughter of Ali Mohd, Ali Mohd son of Ghulam Rasool. "All from Shopian district," he said. They were admitted to the Sub-Divisional Hospital in Banihal, the officer said. SHO Banihal, Syed Aabid Bukhari also confirmed the incident—(KNO)
