PDP felicitates people on Eid-ul-Fitr | KNO

Srinagar, May 23 (KNO): Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has felicitated the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. In a statement issued to news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), PDP spokesman has wished the people peace, progress, prosperity and happiness and hoped that this occasion would be a harbinger of communal harmony, brotherhood and amity. He said that Eid was an occasion to rededicate ourselves to the teachings of Islam and preaching of Prophet (SAW). PDP spokesman also appealed to the people to observe austerity and extend help to the poor and needy on Eid who are bearing the brunt of lockdown imposed due to the spread of COVID-19 –(KNO)
