Indo-Pak armies trade gunfire along LoC | KNO

Rajouri, May 27 (KNO): The armies of India and Pakistan on Wednesday exchanged gunfire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshehra and Poonch sectors in Jammu division. Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that on Wednesday evening at around 07:35 PM, the Pakistan Army resorted to unprovoked firing along Khari and Karmara areas of Poonch. “Pakistan Army violated ceasefire drawing retaliation from Indian side,” said police officials. Similarly, in Jhanger Bhawani area of Nowshera sector, Pakistan Army as per officials also violated ceasefire on Wednesday evening at around 8 PM. The exchange of fire between both the sides was going on when the report was last filed–(KNO)
