The arrested person belongs to Mendhar area of Poonch and came to Agrati for treating a woman who was under the infulence of black magic. " On the pretext of treating her black magic, the Tantrik molested her and tried to assault her sexually," family members of the victim told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) Police have registered a case under relevant sections of law and accused has been arrested.
