Minor boy drowns to death in Pattan | KNO

Baramulla, July 28 (KNO): A minor boy drowned to death on Tuesday in Babtang Nallah area of north Kashmir's Baramulla district, officials said. Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that an eight-year-old boy drowned into Nallah when he was bathing with other fellows in Babtang Nallah area of Sopore. However, locals present there retrieved the body and rushed him to the nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. An official identified the deceased as Usmaan Ramzan, son of Muhammad Ramzan of Babtang Pattan. Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance of the incident while a police team has also rushed to the spot, he said—(KNO)
