Indo-Pak armies trade gunfire along LoC in J&K’s Kupwara | KNO

Kupwara, July 28 (KNO): The India and Pakistani armies Tuesday exchanged gunfire along the Line of Control at Machil and Gugaldhar sector in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district. Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that this afternoon Pakistan resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation in Machil and Gulgaldhar sector in Kupwara. Officials said that Pakistan initiated an unprovoked ceasefire violation this afternoon and fired mortars and other weapons. Meanwhile, defence spokesman, Colonel Rajesh Kalia told KNO that Pakistan initiated an Unprovoked Ceasefire Violation (CFV) today along the LoC in Macchil & Gugaldhar Sector, Kupwara in the afternoon hours by firing Mortars and other weapons.
