Hajj-2017: Pilgrims to submit Rs 81000 by April 5 | KNO

According to the Executive Officer State Hajj Committee, provisionally selected Haj-2017 pilgrims have to deposit advance Haj amount of Rs 81,000 each as first installment by April 5, 2017.

According to the Executive Officer State Hajj Committee, provisionally selected Haj-2017 pilgrims have to deposit advance Haj amount of Rs 81,000 each as first installment by April 5, 2017.

He said that the payment can be deposited online on Haj Committee of India website (www.hajcommittee.gov.in) or offline in State Bank of India account number 32175020010 ‘FEE TYPE-25’ or Union Bank of India account number 318702010406009.

He said that selected Haj pilgrim who fails to deposit the first installment shall be deemed to have been cancelled his or her provisional selection.

The Executive Officer said that each pilgrim has to submit medical certificate as per proforma already hosted on the Haj Committee of India website or on State Haj Committee website (www.jkshc.com) alongwith the pay-in-slip by April 5.

However, in respect of provisionally selected pilgrims of Jammu and Ladakh regions, medical certificate and the pay-in-slip can be deposited at the offices of respective Deputy Commissioners by April 5, 2017.
