Haq along with 9 others lost t his life in the Nowgam Police Station blast on Friday night. DGP Prabhat, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), was accompanied by the Special DG Coordination SJM Geelani and other officials. The officials offered condolences to the family and expressed solidarity with them.
