Bijbehara farmer found dead in Wopzan orchards | KNO

Bijbehara, July 23 (KNO) : A male body was on Tuesday recovered from Wopzan orchards in Bijbehara area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district. According to initial reports, the deceased has been identified as Nazir Ahmad Bhat, son of Late Gh Qadir Bhat of Wopzan Herpora. Official sources told KNO that Bhat was a farmer by profession. There are reports that the body of the deceased bears marks similar to bullet injuries, they said, adding that few gunshots were heard on late Monday evening in the area.(KNO) Further details awaited.
