Srinagar, July 31 (KNO) : Jammu Kashmir Awami National Conference (ANC) Senior Vice President Muzzafar Shah Wednesday said that an All Party Meeting will be called in Delhi regarding the chaos in Jammu and Kashmir over Article 35- A and Article 370. The All Party meet as per a statement issued to KNO will seek clarifications from the present rulers of the country as to what they want from the people of the state and in which direction they are leading the state of Jammu and Kashmir into. He said that India’s secular Constitution was under threat. In a statement issued to KNO, Shah said that the Government orders leaked regarding deployment etc of additional forces to Kashmir on social media as well as the statements being regularly made by important Central leaders had created chaos and anxiety over the Article 35 A in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The dates of All party meeting to be held at New Delhi will be announced immediately after the proposed All party meeting to be held in Srinagar is concluded.    Shah further stated that the secular character of India & communal harmony of the country is being demolished by some Communal and Fascists forces hell bent upon dividing the Indian secular fabric into pieces. “These elements are treating themselves as Custodians of the Law & Constitution of this country. A new proverb of Hindutva is also being prorogated shamelessly throughout the country. The majority & the serious sections of our society need to come forward and stop this menace & the Govt of India should act against such persons,” he said. He said ANC & JKCSCC members along with NC, CPI(M), PDP & Ex MP Tariq Karra as Interventionists are seeking dismissal of the petitions before the Supreme Court Of India against Article 35A and Article 370 and eagerly awaiting the outcome of the petitions filed, he said.  Meanwhile, Shah has welcomed the amalgamation of 12 associations in Jammu and also appreciated their statement including the statement from 300 members of the Jammu bar association over Article 35 A, saying that their unison is the outcome of ANC & JKCSCC outreach being conducted since the last one year.(KNO)
