70-year-old covid-19 positive patient dies at JVC Bemina, toll 5 in J&K | KNO

Srinagar, April 17 (KNO): A Covid-19 patient died at JVC SKIMS Bemina here in Srinagar on Friday afternoon taking the toll of patients who died of covid-19 to five in Jammu and Kashmir. Medical superintendent JVC Bemina Dr Shafia Deva told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that a 70 year old patient from Lal bab Sahab, Arampora in Sopore area of Baramulla district, who was admitted before 10 days at JVC expired today. She added that at present around 95 covid-19 patients are undergoing treatment at the hospital. Pertinently with the death of covid-19 patient from Kupwara, death toll in Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory has reached to five. On 8th April, a 61 year old lady from Udhampur died at GMC Jammu. On 7 April, a 54 year old man from Bandipora died at SMHS Srinagar. On 29 March, a 50 year old man from form Tangmarg area died at CD hospital. On 25th March, a 65 year old Tableegi preacher from Hyderpora died at CD hospital—(KNO)
