Budgam man succumbs day after he fell from Masjid in Srinagar's Lal Bazar | KNO

Srinagar, Sep 15 (KNO): A 45-year-old man from Budgam, who was injured after he fell from a Masjid in the Lal Bazar area of Srinagar yesterday morning, succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS Soura on Monday, officials said. An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the man was working as a labourer in the Masjid in Umar Colony-A when he accidentally fell from the second story and sustained critical head injuries. He was shifted to the hospital for treatment, where he succumbed to his injuries this morning, he said, adding that police have taken cognisance of the incident. The deceased has been identified as Wakeel Ahmad Shah son of Hamid Ullah Shah of Budgam—(KNO)
