Kashmiri student who was assaulted in Sharda University goes Missing | KNO

Srinagar, October 30 (KNO) : A Kashmiri Student, studying in Sharda University who was Assaulted inside the Campus Sharda University by Group of Students on 4th of October has been missing from last three days. Ahtisham Bilal, a resident of Khanyar area of Srinagar district in the northern state, a first-year student of Medical Imaging Technology, left his hostel on 27th October, and has been missing since then. Ahtisham's uncle told this Correspondent over phone that, he is missing since last three days. He informed that that I am going to Jamia Masjid Dehli to offer Nimaz and would be back, but since then we have no contact with him as his mobile is Switch off. He told that we had spoken to Ahtisham over phone for the last time on Sunday. He also said that the We have another Relative who is studying there who is the first one to tell us that he had gone missing. He said that we had lodged a missing complaint in the Concerned police Station. We are in-contact with Officials seeking their Help in tracing him. Meanwhile, Ahtisham’s Family appealed local authorities in Noida and J&K Govt to trace out their son. Pertinent to mention here that Ahtisham was injured on in clashes between two groups of students at Sharda University. He was assaulted because he was mistaken as an Afghan national by his attackers.(KNO)
