KP Road in Islamabad Under Cordon, Sherbagh Cordon Ends | KNO

A Cordon and search operation has been launched by government forces in the KP Road near Masjid Noor in south Kashmir's Islamabad (Anantnag) district. Official sources said that forces launched search operation after receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area. Sources said that Heavy forces cordoned the area after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area. Search operation was going on when reports last came in. Meanwhile the cordon that was launched earlier in Sherbagh has been called off.
