A Santro car bearing registration number JK09-5982 hit a Scooty at Lalad Sopore, resulting in critical injuries to Scooty rider identified as Shaheen Ahmad Dar son of Abdul Rashid resident Delina Baramulla. The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital Sopore where he succumbed to his injuries. Sopore police has registered a case and investigation is on.
Meanwhile, a Swift car bearing registration number JK09A-5425 hit and injured an eight years old girl identified as Rutba Akhter daughter of Javaid Ahmad Sheikh a resident of Tikker Kupwara. The injured girl was shifted to SMHS hospital Srinagar for treatment. Kupwara police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, a vehicle bearing registration number JK18A-0065 turned turtle near Titanic view, Jawahar Tunnel, resulting in injuries to two persons identified as Sabzar Ahmad Mir son of Mohammad Shaban Mir and Sartaj Ahmad Mir son of Ali Mohammad Mir both resident of Chowgam. A case has been registered in this regard.
