Srinagar, Sep 17 (KNO): All India Modi Mitr Mandal on Wednesday celebrated the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the iconic Lal Chowk here in Srinagar. As per the details collected by the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), a life-size cutout of PM Modi was garlanded at the famous Ghanta Ghar while supporters offered sweets and raised slogans. Local artists performed traditional dances and patriotic songs, drawing crowds at the city centre. The celebrations also featured a blood donation camp and distribution of food among the needy, held as part of the ongoing “Sewa Parv” initiative being observed from September 17 to October 2 across Jammu and Kashmir. Members of the Modi Mitr Mandal said their celebrations at Lal Chowk symbolised gratitude to a leader they credit with steering India’s progress and inspiring the youth of Jammu and Kashmir—(KNO)
