Srinagar, July 13 (KNO) : Former Chief Minister and PDP President, Mehbooba Mufti has expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of noted Kashmiri gynaecologist and former Principal, GMC, Srinagar, Dr. Girija Dhar who passed away here today.
In her condolence message, Mehbooba Mufti recalled the immense contribution made by Dr. Girija Dhar in the healthcare sector of the State. She also recalled her role as the chairperson of J&K Public Service Commission and the first Chairperson of J&K State Commission for Women. The former Chief Minister has conveyed her heartfelt sympathies with the kin of Dr. Girija Dhar.
