Jammu : February 7. Appealing nation to observe  shutdown on February 9 & 11,Senior Huriyat leader and Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement chairman ,Zafar Akbar Bhat, Wednesday paid glorious tributes to Shaheed Mohamad Maqbool Bhat & Shaheed Mohammad Afzal Guru on their martyrdom anniversaries .They are torch bearers for our freedom movement ,said Zafar Akbar .We will never forget them as they and other martyrs laid their lives for a sacred mission and we will follow their mission till it is accomplished ,said Zafar .Zafar Akbar while calling them as mile stones in the history of Jammu and Kashmir, said that the authorities in Delhi used judiciary and  that both were hanged without providing any opportunity to defend their cases. It is a judicial terror, said Zafar and reiterated that we will follow their footsteps till freedom.

Meanwhile Zaffar visited today Premnagar and expressed his deep grief over the sad demise of elder brother Ghulam Hussain rather of hurriyat leader Rather Sharief Sartaj. Zaffer bereaved family and expressed his condolences with bereaved family and prayed for departed soul. On the direction of Zaffar Akber a high-level delegation including Farooq Ahmad, Gh Hassan, Javed Ahmad and Mohammad Amin Wara visited bereaved family and extended condolences with senior Huriyat leader, Musadiq Adil on the death of her aunt.
