An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that as the ceiling collapsed, water tank placed over it fell on the two employees present there. They have been identified as Sartaj Hussain Shah and Shabir Ahmad Mir--both residents of Devsar. "They were immediately shifted to hospital for treatment.
