89 percent qualify 12th exams in Jammu division | KNO

Srinagar, Apr 22 (KNO): The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) Wednesday announced annual regular results of 12th standard in summer zone areas of Jammu division with at least 89%, percent qualifying the exams. According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), JKBOSE has informed that a total of 89.80% percent students qualify the exams. The board official also said that the pass percentage of girls is 91% percent and 89% percent among the male students. According to the BOSE, a total of 39,309 students had appeared in the examination including 20,376 male students and 18,933 girl students. Among the total number of students who appeared for the exams at 35,299 successfully qualified the exams that includes 18,117 male and 17,182 female students. It also said that there has been a notable improvement in 12th class results in comparison pass percentage of previous year that stood at 75.95 percent—(KNO)
