Mother dies after body of her son reaches home at Bandipora's Konan village | KNO

Bandipora, Jan 15 (KNO): A pall of gloom descended on Konan village of north Kashmir's Bandipora district after a mother died after seeing the body of her son, who had died of cardiac arrest on Sunday. Locals informed the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that Muhammad Shaban, son of Ghulam Qadir Bhat of Konan village suffered a massive cardiac arrest and died while he was being rushed to the hospital. The hospital authorities while talking to KNO said that Shaban was declared brought dead at the hospital. However, his mother Bakhri Begum couldn’t bear the loss of her son and soon after receiving the information about her son’s demise, she also suffered a massive cardiac arrest and died on the spot. Meanwhile, reportedly eight persons died of cardiac arrest in the last two days across Kashmir which includes two each in Bandipora & Shopian, one each in Pulwama, Anantnag, Ganderbal and Baramulla—(KNO)
