Srinagar, Jan 04 (KNO): The residents in Sonwar, Srinagar, are grappling with severe network disruptions, experiencing persistent calling and internet connectivity issues from the service provider Airtel.
The ongoing ordeal has plunged the locality into a communication crisis, severely impacting the daily lives of the local inhabitants.
Speaking to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the residents highlighted the distress caused by erratic mobile network services, rendering routine tasks challenging and communication nearly impossible.
Several individuals have voiced their frustration over prolonged call drops, slow internet speeds, and frequent service outages plaguing the Airtel network in the area.
“This situation has become unbearable. Our phones frequently lose signals, making it impossible to connect with anyone,” said Umer, a local.
“Our phones usually lose signals, leaving us stressed and tense. We have complained many times to the Airtel Customer Service Helpline, but nothing has happened. Now, we are requesting the authorities to kindly look into this matter,” said Sahil, another local—(KNO)
