Swain a competent officer: DGP Dilbagh Singh

Srinagar, Oct 31 (KNO): The out-going Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbagh Singh Tuesday termed the new DGP RR Swain as the competent officer stating that the new police chief will handle the post efficiently. Addressing the farewell function at Zewan, Srinagar, DGP Singh, as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said that Swain, who will take over as the DGP of J&K today, is a competent and intelligent police officer. “I am sure that he will handle the post efficiently,” Singh said. He said in his phone there are a huge number of messages from policemen, SPOs and officials. “There are many things which have to discuss with the new DGP,” he said and wished Swain all the best for future—(KNO)
