Srinagar, Jun 12 (KNO): Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Ghulam Ahmad Mir on Saturday expressed dismay over the fire incident in Noobagh area of Baramulla district and urged the Lieutenant Governor administration to rehabilitate the fire sufferers.
In a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), JKPCC President urged the LG administration to take early effective measures to rehabilitate fire victims.
“My all sympathies are with the fire sufferers,” Mir added and urged the administration to provide full compensation to victims, as that will enable them to rebuild their houses.
Meanwhile, JKPCC Vice President Haji Abdul Rashid Dar and DCC President Baramulla Fayaz Ahmad Mir have expressed anguish over the losses caused to inhabitants of Sweeper Colony Noorbagh due to the blaze and asked the administration to assess the losses for adequate compensation to fire victims—(KNO)
