Jammu, Jul 15 (KNO): Stating that inclusion of historic Bhairav Yatra into National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) of India is a proud moment for Rajouri, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday congratulated the district administration and Department of Culture for turning this dream into a reality.
