Two Kashmir youth start online store for Kashmiri dry fruit, earn Rs 1.50 lakh in a month | KNO

Srinagar, Dec 18 (KNO): Two youth from Jammu and Kashmir have started an online shopping store to promote pure Kashmiri dry fruits across India. Shariq Mir (24) from Kulgam district and Anzer Ayoub(21) from Kishtwar district have jointly started a website namely "Shopinkashmir" to sell local dry fruits. While talking with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the duo said that duplicate thing sold on the name of Kashmiri products, prompted them to start an online shopping store. "The aim is to retain the trust of customers who over the years have been fooled on the name original product. We want our dry fruit industry to flourish again," they said. "We started this platform just a month before and so far we have received around 200 orders from every corner of India which includes Mumbai, Bangalore," Anzer Ayoub said. "We have also seen that Kashmiri products are being sold at double or triple rates our aim is to sold dry fruits at very genuine rates." Ayoub said that before delivering the product they mention all the details to the customers to satisfy them. "Our sale in just one month is around Rs 1.50 lakh. You can understand how much there is a need to promote the online sale of pure Kashmiri dry fruits," he said—(KNO)
